Ordered July 13 2021. Was told 10-12 weeks. On 8/23/21, was informed doors were in production. After daily calls starting in October, I was finally informed in December that the salesman never placed my order. Once the door was ordered, told expect 1 April for door arrival, doors arrived by the end of April, and installation was scheduled end of May. Day of installation, we find out 1. They ordered the wrong door. 2. The door we ordered was not available in our size. Huntsville Manager said he would talk to his boss about a discount since they messed up the order so bad, still waiting on that. Absolute horrible customer service, management at all levels should be ashamed.
