I have champion windows in my home and have reached out to Champion multiple times as a result of installation issues. I have multiple issues with windows in my children's bedrooms, and with large double sliders and Champion has failed to respond to any attempt I have made to contact them.Champion boasts that they make the product, they install the product, and that their control of the entire process makes their quality higher. My experience is that they do not communicate or follow up on the claims they make regarding reliability.
