been going on 5 months for a sliding glass door have called several times been told a whole slew of stories finally got an install date of last Tuesday and guess what no show no call thanks for the overall terrible experience with your company. Did have a four-season room put in two years ago and that is why I came back to them for the door but the way me and my wife have been treated this time we will not use this company again as we remodel other parts of or house. (update) when you call the number for their direct number, they give you in their response just a recorded message saying they will return your call within 8 hours. At this point its laughable except they got our money and job isn't done and I really do think it will ever get done company has gone to sh**
