The salesman was easy to talk to and worked with us to get the results and price we wanted. The crew was great. Dave, the leader waa easy going informed and did quality work. The only downside was the add on we requested. The skirting of our new sunroom needed a door to have access underneath. We forgot to ask about it in the initial meeting. This meant cutting the skirting adding two hinges and cutting a 2x4 to frame the door. The bad part is that they added a $495 charge on our bill and no discussion. The only new material was the 2x4, the latch and the hinges that took all of 30 minutes on the outside to make happen. We had a budget and it set us back.
