Poor service from the CEO on down to the Regional Service Manager Matt that continue to do nothing about the flawed door they installed or they did something wrong when they installed it. I've been told that I need to be patient because of Covid also Brandon Kirkpatrick told me he was escalating the issue back on 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 1/8, 1/26, 2/16 and here we are in April 2021 and still nothing. Matt called me last week after I begged a VP via Linked in to help telling me that their service team or person quit so there is no one in the area that can perform service. He said he was working on getting someone to come 6 hours from Boston to handle the repair. Do you think I heard back from Matt yet? NO!!! If you don't have reps or service in an area DONT SELL PRODUCT. I wont stop until this is corrected.
