I was able to get an appointment online to schedule a overview of the windows and get a quote. I had two sales guy, Joe and Robert, who were amazing. As a mom of two, they were understanding and accepting of the kids interruptions, even taking my youngest outside to play while we discussed further numbers. I was able to get their professional opinions on which windows needed done as high priority, as I was replacing existing windows from when the house was originally built. I was also able to discuss what my ideal budget was when discussing the credit line available. There were several MINOR (Very minor) things with the windows once installed that they were able to fix promptly. I am looking forward to getting the rest of the windows done this summer.
