I called number they sent me via e mail, as expected with Champion, no one knew anything about it. Said, " sorry, I can't help you."What's with this company?Again, no help for sun room leaking, puddles of water, with algie and mold. Pictures online. Smells musty and moldy. Not proper instillation.All furniture in center of sunroom. Not usable.Truly needs to be torn down and made right, but last several visits, just patch jobs.Maybe they know how to install a window or two, but they have no idea how to build properly a sunroom. Several have mentioned how expensive they are for what you get, I found that out after we signed a contract and they didn't show up. The reason they didn't show up, they decided they "needed more money" and this is what we get.Go with a local company or builder in your area, not someone national. If you go local, their work sells, word of mouth. Take pride in their work and you know who's doing the construction. Not some young people looking for a job in between jobs.Do your homework. Google and make few calls and get 3 estimates.... in writing.We had written one from Champion, AND SIGNED, but they did not show up on the date as promised, decided “ could not start work until we gave them more money.”That was our first red flag. Never had the common courtesy to call us, we had to call them a few days later. We are still waiting for them to make it right. If someone in management, or owner of this company had to live with this sunroom, they might understand. A nightmare. Can’t stress enough, go local. Their quality and pride in work sells. That’s what we did with sunroom in other home. Several on same street used same guy. Quality, never had to come out and fix a single thing. Never a problem. Had the sunroom 16 years, until we moved. You don’t want Champion for building. May be able to install a window, but to build, is not their strong suit. It’s a nightmare. Always leaking, mold, algae, musty smell. The ceiling constantly and loudly snaps, crackles and pops, and I mean loud. Not quiet by any means, not restful, it’s scary, like going to fall in on you. We can’t and don’t use the room. It has scared company, ask what’s going on. Can’t say it enough, go local.
