From sales through installation was an great experience. Sales person was knowledgeable and thorough. Only thing I would change would be to have sales person measure for windows. This would eliminate 2 to 3 days in the process. The salesperson should be able to commit to an installation date that is not 6 weeks from the sale date. 0% financing and payments for 1 year is hard to turn down. Installation crew was good and they were also very personable. I can't rate longevity of window but the warrantee will cover any issue I could encounter. I only did 7 windows but plan to have more done in the near future and salesman said they honor the same discount within a year.
