I am a disabled Vet and on an limited income.I had champion windows installed around October of 2020 i love the windows and the guys who installed them were great .The PROBLEM is when the the factory rep was quoting me the price he added 2,000 more i ask what for ,he said for cutting out the old windows. I told him I didn't think he would have to do that because the frame outside has screws around it and had removed before with no problem .He then told me no they would have to be presecion cut out. I was there both days they installed the windows and there was no cutting out of any windows . The tech installing the windows said he did not have to cut out any windows when I ask him this.the first call after the install was to the rep who stated he would get his manager to email me a change order this did not happen no one will answer any of my calls or text so what can I do now.Its bad when company's take advantage of disabled Vets. So I would recommend not using these people .You may not what your supposed to
