I purchased both windows and siding on 31 August, 2020. I was told that a lot of people were working on their homes and to expect it to take at least 12 weeks for my work to be done. I called the salesman after approximately 12 weeks and was told that there was a problem with my siding. I asked questions and was given options. I signed a document approving my new choice. My windows were replaced the middle of December and I am pleased with the product. I have been trying for the last month to find out the status on my siding. The salesman said he had left messages, to no avail and I have also called the office and left messages. I finally called the phone number for a review of my windows and spoke to a man who said he would text the District Manager to get me an update on my siding. I am still waiting. This is a reputable company and I didn't expect to have such a problem. My next option is to leave a less than favorable review on the BBB website.
