This is the second time we have used Champion for our window replacements. We replaced all of our windows in our first home. Our power bill dropped a lot from what is normal was. We recently moved into a new house but the windows there were originals to the home ( which was built in 2000). The house is so cold, my daughter's room was the worst. We had champion come out and replace 8 of our 20 windows, and her room is the first one on the list. They came out yesterday (2/8/2021) and replaced all 8 windows in less than 8hrs. We only had a small problem with one of the windows not staying up when we raised it open. My husband made a call to our sales rep and he came out the next day( because it was around 6:30 when he called the night before) and fixed it no problem.
