So after reading the reviews I am concerned We ordered Windows on July 20th told we would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks due to COVID. 10 Weeks later we had not contact from the company so we called back and was told the Windows were delayed. (NO ONE CALLED). So I called back a week later and was told they had arrived at the Indianapolis office. They left a message for the installers to call us back. (NO TIME FRAME GIVEN) Then they call us and tell us they will be at our home on 10/15 (13 Weeks from ordering) and I took a Vacation day to be there and got a call saying Truck broke down BUT they would be there on Saturday to install (According to the person who called they never do this) So now your 5 weeks late now they are doing me a favor. It is Friday and I wait to see if my Windows arrive if not then I will be seeking legal advice.
