This has been some of the worst customer service I have received from a big name company. Ordered siding in May and was told it would be 8 to 12 weeks for install. In July I called my sales guy Jimmy because I hadn’t heard anything and was told we were still on schedule. It is now mid-October. I called champions customer service multiple times and they would send e-mails. Finally I was able to leave a message with a customer service supervisor who never called back. I was told a regional manager was e-mauled and asked to call me and never did. Found out my order was left on someone’s desk who was let go and not picked up again until September. Install manager told me he could cancel the order but I would be charged 30% of the cost.
