Beware: I purchased 5 windows and a sliding glass door. 8 weeks I waited and day of installation they canceled that morning. Bob was good enough to reschedule immediately. Installation day, the windows went in with no problem but the door, the door had been measured wrong by 1 1/2 inches, significant mistake. I have to wait 8 weeks for a new door and Ralph S. the regional sales manager nor Erik the installation manager were willing to do anything for me as their customer. ISO, I think not, poor quality control. NPS, nope, no recourse for the customer. They wouldn't even allow me to cancel the order when I found out it would take 8 weeks. Also the person who measured wrong has a graveyard of mistakes and instead of getting rid of him, they moved him to the Columbus office.10/7/20- at 1037 I called the number left in their response below and left a message. The message said someone would get back to me in 8 hours, it is 749pm and no phone call. Again disappointed in lack of attention to my concern.10/8 They called left a message I called back was told I had to speak to the supervisor only to leave a message that got no response. The charade continues.10/10 still no contact.10/13 - after no further contact from anyone at Champion windows I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
