** UPDATE 10/7/20 ** Just called again about getting our cracked window replaced -- Sales guy offered to replace himself next time he's in the area... how about maybe make a special trip! I've been paying for windows for several months now PLUS INTEREST which I was told would NOT be applied for 6 mths & still have a cracked FRONT WINDOW ** BTW our original install was in July!9/18/20 sales guy came on pretty strong... almost felt bullied... actually sent him out the door... but was able to negotiate a much lower price, so went forward against our gut feeling. Because we did feel that they had a higher quality product. Waited several weeks for install... 1 week after install had a cracked window. They said probably from the pressure & would get us set up to replace 'right away'. That was just about 2 mths ago. When we called to check status 2 weeks ago we were told you'll be called back today by someone from the local office. NO phone call. Called again this week only to be told that they have our replacement window in but NO ONE TO INSTALL IT!!! I mean, what?!? But no worries... we're doing interviews this week & hope to have someone hired within the next couple of weeks... again, what the what?!?!?! So they're out there selling windows & we're paying for them... but there's no one to install them!! For this reason I have slashed their rating waaay down! If I ever get my replacement window I may revisit to update, but for now...nope!!! P.S. We do like the windows that we do have that are crack free.
