Champion Windows has NO COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our sunroom was completed in September, 2019. Although we were happy with the product there were a few problems that needed to be repaired. I called the company 5 times early this summer to secure assistance, including contact of the office of the CEO, Todd Dickson. Still there was NO RESPONSE.In September I filed a small claim in Clermont County Court. I received an immediate response from Champion. Some of the work was completed but the major problem has not been repaired. I have given up on Champion and will finish the repairs myself. The court will determine if I am given any claim.
