This rating is based on lack of clear communication between Champion of Portland and myself. I had an install scheduled for aprox 11:30 AM. They showed up at aprox 9:30. I allowed one crew member to enter to show him the job. I asked him to put on a mask. He claimed he did not wear one because of the nature of his job. I offered to provide a mask but he refused my offer. I ended the job right there and contacted Champion of Portland. Let me say I was very angry and hope I did not offend anyone.It is very obvious to me that we are in a pandemic. It must be obvious to a window installer that their customers might want added safety precautions.The second reason I was disappointed was that they show up two hours ahead of schedule without contacting me. I was not properly dressed when they arrived.Project has been rescheduled.
