I love the windows. Although, the salesman sold me two windows that would open up to let fresh air inside but the company (Champion) later told me they couldn’t make them so they brought out two that they did make but did not open up. The installers actually installed 2 other windows that were not level or plumb. I questioned the installers about it and they said that was the best they could do. I tried calling the local Champion office numerous times prior to verify the install date with no answer (I am assuming the office was closed due to the virus). I did call the main office and they were able to answer my questions. The salesman quoted me an install date of about 3 weeks after the initial sale but the windows took about 2 months after the initial sale. I also tried calling the salesman (his cell phone and office phone) many times and left voicemails for him to return my call which he never did. Again I love the windows but the local people don’t talk to you after you make a 50% down payment
