You are paying for the product and the warranty. Not the actual customer service and/or the installation. Siding guys didn’t speak English so had a hard time trying to deal with them. Stayed working until 7-9pm. I have small children and bedtime was very difficult. Was never given the option to buy trim and when they showed up were like you get no trim. Then they said you can buy it now. So frustratingly. Siding and gutter guys left a ton of messes all over my yard front to back. Everything from nails to siding scraps and cigarette butts all over. All the mess from the gutters they just threw in my yard. Complained and the said “Well they are not supposed to do that.” and “Well Mr. Montoya there is nothing we do about that. It’s just the way it is.” I had to pick up all the remaining trash. I would do definitely look at other contractors. Lady from billing called me and harassing me over payment that was financed. Telling me I needed to pay because they needed the money before the end of the month. Like I was supposed to just turn over my credit card number for thousands of dollars which I financed through their creditor. Do your homework and skip these guys, my wife asked did you read their reviews. They are horrible.
