Champion originally installed a few of my windows 10 years ago and I was pleased with the work. I had a fire in 2018 and had to have all my windows replaced. The contractor tried to duplicate what Champion had done to no avail. I contacted Champion and the representative, Jennifer Bell, came to my home and gave me a quote. She was professional, personable, funny, and honest. I truly appreciated her candor and assistance. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jen contacted me right away and explained my options. Once my windows arrived and the guys came to install, they too were professional. They called ahead of time and even notified me they'd be a little late because there was a car on fire on their route to my home. When they arrived at my home, they were respectful and asked immediately if they should remove their shoes. They explained how long installation should take and encouraged me to ask questions along the way. I returned to work and felt very comfortable leaving my home in their care. Before leaving for the day, they called and told me of the progress and what would be done the next day. When I returned home everything was just as I left it. The job took a little longer than expected because of what was done with one of my windows from the previous owner. Champion (Larry) went above and beyond to match up the soffit piece that needed to be replaced and installed it professionally. Larry actually took the time at Champion to bend the soffit so it matched up even better. I can hardly tell the difference between my original old white soffit and the piece they used as a replacement. THANK YOU!The look of my windows is amazing!
