We appreciate your long-standing reputation of quality window products, however we can't say the same for your customer service. We had a representative out last week for an estimate on new windows. We were prepared with research and questions, however we already had planned to get estimates from other companies as well. Our sales rep stayed close to 3 hours, despite us telling him numerous times we were not looking to purchase that day. Putting us on the spot by calling his supervisor / manager who then tried to pressure us further. This same scenario happened once before with another company and this sales tactic does nothing but distance us. Definitely not the way to earn our business. Then, we received 4 calls from your marketing team within days after that, asking about what projects we're interested in. I asked to be taken off the call list and was told it takes 90 days. Unacceptable!
