Good and timely response to questions, fair price, great door, workmen who installed were competent and efficient. Only quibble is that they used poor quality attachers (small nails) for part of the frame and, when I had a storm door installed, those installers had to replace the poor quality nails from Champion with more secure fasteners. If you plan to subsequently install a storm door, be sure you ask if the Champion frame will hold the weight.
