Rodney was very professional and helpful with helping choose Champion. We were having 17 windows installed. We originally agreed to have our windows installed early summer in order to get some deal. We were pleasantly surprised when they called to schedule our install on April. When they came for the install they found that our kitchen windows was ordered wrong and would need reordered and installed at a later date. The installers were friendly and showed up a little after 10 am and left about 330 the first day. They were sensitive to the needs of my children. The installers left several articles or trash throughout our house and outside. The window tracks were full of shaving from when they installed the windows. I was not impressed with their clean up. They had to come back a second day to finish up. Showing up about 1030-11 and staying until about 4-430. Once again very friendly and helpful. We never received any calls about our kitchen window. No apologise, no time frame nothing. We got a phone call a few weeks later asking to come install the window. Again the crew showed up about ten and quickly got our kitchen window installed. I didn't immediately notice that they failed to install the screw hole covers until later that evening. When someone from Champion called that evening and asked if we were satisfied I informed them of their mistake. Their was no apology or anything. I was told someone would be calling me to setup a time to fix the problem. Two weeks go by and I still haven't heard anything so I called Champion to get some answers. I was given the run around and directed to a couple of people before being sent to voicemail. I left a detailed message and waited two days before I called back and was told I would have to leave another message. I refused to leave another message so I was directed to a manager named Brad. Brad was able to setup up someone to come over that afternoon. Brad failed to apologize for anything. In the two week time we waited we discovered that all over our double hung windows had a decent sized gap. The gap was big enough that bugs were able to get into the windows. This also caused air to be lost. When Champion came out he fixed the kitchen window and two other windows but stated he didn't have enough time to repair the others windows. I was told Brad was informed and sent pictures. That was Friday and I still haven't heard anything about when the rest of the repairs are going to be finished. Champion lacks the ability to follow up with anything and seriously concerns me how well they will follow up with warranty repairs or concerns in the future. I'm still waiting for my windows to be fixed and to receive some type of apology.
