My rating has decreased to 2 stars instead of 5 stars. My window was cracked upon installation which I was assured another window will be reordered and replaced within 8 weeks. 10 weeks later, I have no update or follow up regarding my replacement window. I finally was able to get in touch via email with Champion who stated my window has arrived however they are booked out one month for installation and would be an "exception" to have my replaced window installed this week. I have been charged for 100% of labor and product however this job is not 100% complete. As a consumer spending over $8,000 on products and services, I find it outlandish a follow call wasn't provided, no one was available to assist me (except via email), and me being charged 100% of a completed job when it still hasn't been completed yet.
