The good: I actually love my screen room. I found them at the North GA and they were very nice. I loved their presentation and scheduled a quote/meeting/estimate request. I love the end results and have received many compliments on the finish product. The bad: The contract states that they will get approval from the HOA, permits etc. They not only did not get my HOA approval, but also showed up without letting me know and started working. Their workers were using my hot tub as a work bench. Also you have to make sure they make good on giving you the discounts they promised. They promised in writing to give me a $250 gift card. My screen room was completed in April. I keep calling them. No one has taken ownership for getting me what they contractually agreed to, but I am sure if I did not pay in full, they would have been putting a lien on my house.
