Review Time
I love the Chāmpo shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair feel soft and a bit fuller. The cost is high though. I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to afford it. However, it has reduced the amount of serum or styling product that I use. My (coloured)hair is smooth and soft without them.
I’ve been using the pitta growth serum for 8 months now. I’ve tried probably 4 other oils and serums with zero results so I was losing faith. Did a bit more research and came across and Elle and Vogue article recommending champo, I gave it a go. The first thing I noticed within one month significantly less shedding! Probably took a good 4-5 ish months and I’m starting to see balding patches filled in and the volume slowly growing. I use it about four days a week, I reckon would be even better result if I used every day. It doesn’t leave your hair greasy after which is really nice just brush it out stiffness once dried. Can safely say I’m starting to get my confidence back!!
I have only just received my order for Champo and used it a couple of times so as time passes I hope I can give a good report/review.

I swear by this! I have been suffering from increased shedding and have had two bald patches appear. Within weeks of using this, I could see baby hair regrowth, and now I'm on my second bottle; both patches have almost completely regrown. Full transparency - I combined it with Red light therapy from a Solarwave wand and I wasn't particularly consistent - the regrowth probably would have happened faster if i'd been a bit more 'on it'.
Haven’t been using these products (shampoo conditioner & serum) for too long but I do feel like they’ve improved the “dead” texture of my broken bit of hair, and it’s grown about half an inch … Just ordered another bigger bottle of serum.
I have tick and dry hair and when I took the test they recommended kapha balancing package which they advertise it to be suitable for people with thick OR oily hair. As someone with thick and dry hair I think this shampoo is very unsuitable for my hair. It has so much surfactant that when I use it my hair makes quirky noises from how this shampoo is clearly trying to remove the oil that doesn’t exist in my hair.
As a scientist I would like to recommend to the formulation team to consider making a separate line for thick hair because clearly thick and oily are not one category and at least the kapha shouldn’t be marketed for both categories. As a costumer with thick hair I am highly dissatisfied with this shampoo. However, the smell is lovely and the reason behind is that they use 14 different ingredients which are merely there to make up the scent of their products which I have listed below. I think as much as nice scents would make a difference in my experience of using this shampoo, I would appreciate to see more effort in trichology science than merely the scent of shampoo to make it feel superficially good.
Ingredients that are in chāmpo products which merely contribute to the scent and probably the only reason behind the premium price are :

The fragrance is delightful, and the shampoo and conditioner are enjoyable to use, though they come at a high price. I'll finish the bottles before deciding if I'll reorder, as it will depend on how my hair feels over time. That said, my hair felt soft and shiny after the initial use.
My order was dispatched, and I received a delivery notification, but the parcel was missing. At this time of year, delivery vans in this area are often followed, and unsecured packages can be taken. I reported this to the support team, and they promptly sent a replacement package, which I received a couple of days ago. Thank you for that. Regarding the product itself, it's too soon to provide a review since I've just started using it.
I’ve relied on these products for years and won’t switch to anything else. My hair feels thicker and healthier than it did before I started using them. While they may be pricier than many alternatives, they last significantly longer, making them quite comparable in value. I absolutely love these products.
I absolutely love this product! It works wonderfully, has a pleasant scent, and is user-friendly without altering the texture of my hair. The results are outstanding.
