I believe there should be an investigation into the questionable practices of this business. After making a single purchase, they continue to bill you monthly, claiming you subscribed to a recurring payment. This feels unjust. Cancelling the subscription on their website is incredibly challenging. Customers should have the freedom to buy only when necessary. If the product is genuinely effective, there shouldn't be any need to mislead people into mandatory purchases. It's disappointing to support a minority-owned business under such circumstances. It feels deceptive, and I haven't noticed any improvements on my skin after using the product. It's time to stop misleading consumers into buying unnecessary items.

When I tried to reach out to the support team via email, I got an automatic reply stating they aren't available on weekends, but it's actually a Wednesday. I've sent multiple emails with no response. My first impression of this company is quite negative; they need to improve. They fail to provide accurate turnaround times, have unresponsive customer service, charge unauthorized fees, and automatically enroll customers in paid subscriptions just to make a single purchase, resulting in an overwhelming amount of promotional emails. I doubt this business will last long and may face legal issues in the future. Save your money and avoid the stress by shopping elsewhere.

I've oily complexion and open pores which leave me prone to Blackheads. My daughters are currently using the soap. I bought three so we all could try. My complexion is more sensitive than theirs.
