His colleague, whose name I regret not remembering, was very friendly and professional. My family and I were so impressed that we immediately went to the office to complete the paperwork. Even though it was about 30 minutes before closing, the representative took the time to sit with us, explaining the forms and various options in a clear and understandable way, allowing us to make informed decisions. He guided us every step of the way and has been an excellent point of contact. I cannot fault his customer service or professionalism. What could have been a daunting experience was made easy, clear, and relaxed thanks to the team at the office.
