I am not impressed at all this time. I placed an order a few days ago, and there's been no progress. I can't log into my account since the system doesn't recognize my email or password, even though I'm sure I'm entering the correct ones. I requested a password reset but didn't receive a link. Also, I can't submit an inquiry via email because the automated form won't let me fill in the required fields. This feels very much like a scam. I won’t purchase anything from the official website again.
