I purchased a white bag from Chanel. They gave me a black dust bag. I laid the white bag on top of their black dust bag. In about 6 months, I started noticing that the side of the white bag that is laid against the black dust bag started turning black/discolored. When I brought this up to Chanel, including their local store in Houston and the headquaters, they gave me the run around for months. Very disappointing customer service. I just started collecting Chanel. I purchased about $20,000 of their purses in a 18 month period. After this incident, I don't trust them anymore or any other high end brand.

Pleasant fragrance, but the cap is a letdown

The fragrance is delightful, but the twist-top cap on the lotion broke quite quickly and no longer screws on correctly. This is quite disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed in future iterations.

Discrimination at the duty-free shop

I visited the duty-free shop at the airport and was treated rudely by a saleswoman. While I was seated, my wife was testing some perfumes, and the saleswoman ordered me to leave the chair, assuming we weren't going to make a purchase. This clearly showed a prejudiced attitude. It's shameful for a brand to have staff like her! I usually buy from this brand.

Very disappointed with this experience

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed an order a few days ago, and there’s been no update. I can't log into my account as the system doesn't recognize my email or password, even though I'm sure I'm entering the correct ones. I requested a password reset but received no link. I also can't submit an inquiry via email because the automated form won't allow me to fill in the required fields. This feels very scam-like. I won't purchase from this official website again.

Very unimpressed this time

I am not impressed at all this time. I placed an order a few days ago, and there's been no progress. Mascara disappointment

The mascara from this brand is quite disappointing. It applies clumpily and makes lashes appear sparse and spidery. It smudges and flakes off after a while. My lashes look terrible when I use this product. Not what I expect from a premium beauty brand.

Disappointing service and order cancellation

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I placed an order well in advance for a special gift, only to find out it was cancelled without any explanation. To make matters worse, no one from the team contacted me—no emails, calls, or apologies. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be luxurious. Canceling an order without notice shows a complete disregard for the customer experience. I expected professionalism and respect, but instead, I feel frustrated and let down. I hope this issue is addressed.

Order mishap

I ordered a bottle of perfume online, but they charged me for five. It's now been six days, just before Christmas, and I still haven't received my refund. This has affected my ability to finish my daughter's Christmas shopping. The customer service was unhelpful, and I had to wait 20 minutes to speak with someone. Thanks for ruining my daughter's Christmas.

Very disappointed

I've been using this brand's perfume for over 45 years, and I'm upset about the recent lack of care when I called regarding some discrepancies. The response was dismissive. The samples were incorrect, and the bag that came with them was cheap and ripped easily. It was supposed to be a gift for my niece, but now I might choose something else. I recommend buying from larger department stores instead of directly from the company, as their customer service is lacking.
