I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I placed an order well in advance for a special gift, only to find out it was cancelled without any explanation. To make matters worse, no one from the team contacted me—no emails, calls, or apologies. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be luxurious. Canceling an order without notice shows a complete disregard for the customer experience. I expected professionalism and respect, but instead, I feel frustrated and let down. I hope this issue is addressed.
