Order mishap

I ordered a bottle of perfume online, but they charged me for five. It's now been six days, just before Christmas, and I still haven't received my refund. This has affected my ability to finish my daughter's Christmas shopping. The customer service was unhelpful, and I had to wait 20 minutes to speak with someone. Thanks for ruining my daughter's Christmas.
