Ive been a long time customer and I very much feel these people are lying and or the same people writing multiple reviews. I’ve purchased from chaos makeup a ton of times over a span of 6 years and I’ve always had a great experience, always had amazing customer service and I feel back when they were new, felt they always stated the information on their website. As someone who has had a good experience I’ve never felt I needed to come on these pages to tell you guys about it. Typically happy customers just go on with our day and are just happy about it. It wasn’t until I was looking for their website that I came across this and was extremely disappointed by the lies. I used to work in customer service and you don’t realize just how ugly ppl are until you deal with them behind the scenes. So all I can say is please do not avoid this brand because of websites like this one who allow anyone to say literally anything they want as many times as they want. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this business and I’m glad I wasn’t swayed prior by things that aren’t true.
