Reading some of the older reviews, the problem seemed to be with delivery wait times.I suppose some time has passed since those reviews were written, because their shipping times were reasonable.Yes, it did take longer than usual to get my order, but it's important to remember that this is a smaller company that hand makes all of their cosmetics. They process purchases in the order they were received, and that's totally fair. I believe supporting this company will help them grow and continue to improve. Also, their shipping policy is very prominent and clearly worded on their website.Their customer service was very responsive and helpful. When I received my order, the quality was fantastic and I had zero regrets. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
