Chaos Makeup This has to be the worst makeup company I have dealt with. My initial order took 3 months to arrive only to be sent the wrong item. They did offer a refund but I wanted what I had ordered. They then said I'd have to wait 3 weeks before it would be sent out. Excuse me......you messed up. You have my money. I should be a priority. I've left messages on Insta, messenger and email. They did reply to one email saying my item had been posted. I replied asking for a tracking number. No reply. This has been going on since Nov of last year. I finally emailed asking for my money back. Guess what....no reply. International girls never ever buy from this company. Once they have your money all care towards your order is gone. Very angry and frustrated in the whole ordeal.
