STEER CLEAR! UNRELIABLE SERVICE! I ordered a hat two weeks ago, but when I checked the order status a few days later, it said 'awaiting restock.' There was no mention on the website about the item being out of stock. After reaching out with my concerns, their responses were vague and unhelpful, even after I translated my questions. They vaguely mentioned a shipment 'next week.' By the end of that week, I had to follow up several times just to get a reply. Their automated email, suggesting I reach out for questions, felt like adding insult to injury. After two weeks of simply wanting an UPDATE - JUST AN UPDATE - they refunded my order without me asking, even though I was willing to wait for the hat. I'm really disappointed because I wanted this hat and expressed that. Now, I just hope I get my refund back. I'd be willing to revise this review if they actually sent me the hat!
