I cannot recommend this service! I ordered a hat two weeks ago, and when I checked the status, it indicated 'awaiting restock.' There was no notification on their website that the item was out of stock. After expressing my concerns, their responses were vague and unhelpful, even after I translated my questions. They mentioned a shipment 'next week,' but by the end of that week, I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. Their automated email suggesting I reach out for questions felt frustrating. After two weeks of simply wanting an update, they refunded my order without me asking, even though I was willing to wait for the hat. I'm very disappointed because I wanted this hat and made that clear. Now, I just hope I receive my refund. I would gladly change this review if they actually sent me the hat!

While I received incorrect information regarding the delivery time (it took significantly longer than anticipated), I eventually got the hat, and it matched the description on the site perfectly. I am very pleased with the product, but they should improve their time estimates.
THIS SERVICE IS A FRAUD! Avoid making purchases from them! I should've been more cautious. Had I read the negative reviews, I wouldn't have bought anything from this company. I ordered a hat on August 5 and reached out 11 days later to ask how to track my package since I was ordering from another country. Typical of their approach, there was no response. I messaged them via social media, and they confirmed delivery would be in two weeks. Three weeks passed, and I inquired again on August 28, but received no reply. I saw that they had read my message, yet they were active on social media shortly before. This is a company that operates with human staff, but they seem uninterested in responding. At this point, I no longer care about the hat; I just want my money back and hope for a quick resolution.
We placed our order in September 2022. One item was unavailable, and we requested a refund. It took 2 to 3 weeks to receive responses to our numerous emails, most of which were ignored. We finally received our refund three months later. Please be cautious when ordering from this service.
