Worthless support. My card got demagnetized, I asked to remove it from my account so I could order a new one. The support came back with : your card was used 10 days ago, are you sure it does not work ? you can test it with a NFC phone. If it's broken send it to France, we look at it and if it's really broken we send a new one.PLEASE, I need a card this week not in 3 months, I dont even care about price of the card. Just delete the old card from my profile so I can move on.In the end I just looked for another EV card provider, support is rubbish and not helpfull
