Poor overal service and advise.
They try telling you you have to pay for a charging card £13-£14 which was not needed for charging at work, slow in answering questions.
Wased too much time so far and not the experience you want when buying an electric car.
Seems to be more geared up for France than UK.
Surprised on how other reviews seem so high 🤔

Very good app with clear indications of charging stations and prices, large coverage (at least in France where I use tha service the most) and the card works seamlessly.

Worthless support

Worthless support. My card got demagnetized, I asked to remove it from my account so I could order a new one. The support came back with : your card was used 10 days ago, are you sure it does not work ? you can test it with a NFC phone. If it's broken send it to France, we look at it and if it's really broken we send a new one.PLEASE, I need a card this week not in 3 months, I dont even care about price of the card. Just delete the old card from my profile so I can move on.In the end I just looked for another EV card provider, support is rubbish and not helpfull

Easy to use; sensible payment process.

My first experience of using the Chargemap card has been very positive: easy to use, especially at charge points where direct payment by debit or credit card is either not possible or requires extortionate prepayment authorisation by greedy electricity suppliers! And the payment process is simple and straightforward. This will be my preferred choice going forward.
