I used my Chargemap card with no problems on the journey from Bilbao to Moraira. But somewhere I lost the card, I cancelled it ok and paid for a new one to be sent to Moraira. I received confirmation that it was being sent on the 28th sept. and to allow 2weeks for delivery. I emailed them a week ago to ask if they had tracking on this item ,allowing 24 to 48 hours for response. I have received no contact from them up to today. So why do they think their email is first class customer support rather than telephone. Which they do not provide and on which maybe I would get immediate answer. Customer support is rubbish.
