If this would have happened within 1-2 weeks I would have given more stars. I think they have also changed their pricing model so I would suggest to read very carefully in the app that what is printed on the charging station also applies.***This review is for the chargemap card. The app is actually okay, their charging and cards is as another user put it: Highway robbery.Bad customer service, not well thought out pricing. I charged several times, it worked okay on fast chargers. Then I charged at a typical overnight charging stations (operated by Vitra) outside a hotel. It was clearly declared on the station that there are no standing fees. BUT to my surprise in the monring when the ~4.7kwh fast charge had ended , the bill was 90€. I paid on the same station for the same amount of energy and the same amount of standing tiem: 27€ with the shell card, as the station indicated no standing fee. more than 3 times overcharging. I was trying to tell their customer support by the name of Lucas M. (not giving his last name because of data protection and he is probably ashamed of having to lie for his company. ) that this must be a mistake. He said that Chargemap has to pay a standing fee to Virta, which after contacting Virta I found out was an outright lie. Coincidentally outside a Ibis hotel in Aix en Provence I found that someone had pinned a note on it that you should not charge there because they are robbing you. I gave them many chances to do right but all they can do is refer to their terms and services, you charge with the card but you have to check the fees by a message on the app. Either you make the customer accept in the app or play by the rules. I have also reported the case to the authority. What a bad launch with bad faith pricing. Look at all the reviews here, speaks a story about your product.
