I regret not checking reviews before placing my order. It's been 18 days, and I've received no updates. I contacted customer service a week ago and still heard nothing back. I just called and left another message, but it feels like a joke. I've canceled the payment with my bank and will not order from them again. If I could give no stars, I would.
