I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. It's similar to what others have experienced. I ordered 18 days ago and haven't received any updates. I reached out to customer support a week ago but received no reply. I just called and left a message, only to be told someone would return my call. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve canceled my payment with my bank and will not be ordering from this company again. If it were possible to leave a review with no stars, I would, but a rating is required.
Both the tin of snacks and the cookie tin arrived with significant dents. I reached out via email and left a voicemail requesting assistance but never received a response. It's truly unfortunate, as I wanted to share my childhood memories of these snacks with my children. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer, and my kids will miss out on this experience.

It’s now November 18, 2025. This service is not legitimate. It’s disappointing and feels like a scam. I wish I had seen the reviews about others not receiving their orders.
