Regrettable Experience with Delayed Response

I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. It's similar to what others have experienced. I ordered 18 days ago and haven't received any updates. I reached out to customer support a week ago but received no reply. I just called and left a message, only to be told someone would return my call. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve canceled my payment with my bank and will not be ordering from this company again. If it were possible to leave a review with no stars, I would, but a rating is required.

Paid but no delivery after two weeks

I ordered and paid for a tin of snacks on November 17. I haven't received any shipping information and my three emails to customer service went unanswered. Since I prepaid, I'm now requesting a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience

Both the tin of snacks and the cookie tin arrived with significant dents. I reached out via email and left a voicemail requesting assistance but never received a response. It's truly unfortunate, as I wanted to share my childhood memories of these snacks with my children. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer, and my kids will miss out on this experience.

Avoid ordering from this service

I regret not checking reviews before placing my order. It's been 18 days, and I've received no updates. I contacted customer service a week ago and still heard nothing back. No updates on my order

I ordered a tin of snacks on September 8th and received a confirmation, but that was it. It’s now October 29th. I emailed last week and tried calling customer service, but the voicemail is full. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Caution: Potential scam

I placed an order on October 14th, and as of October 30th, it still shows 'being processed.' No one answers the customer service line, emails go unanswered, and I have no additional information. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I feel scammed. Caution is advised.

Do not order online. It feels like a scam; they take your money and send an email confirmation but do not deliver the product. Check the Better Business Bureau for numerous customer complaints.

It’s now November 18, 2025. This service is not legitimate. It’s disappointing and feels like a scam. I wish I had seen the reviews about others not receiving their orders.
