Placed an order on 12/9 for Christmas. There was plenty of time and the company was aggressively advertising on Instagram for Christmas delivery. On 12/18 I sent an email inquiring as to where my order was in the process, as I had not received a shipping notification and wanted them for a gift. In 12/20 I received a response that my order had been shipped. As of today, 12/26/2024 only a label was created and it still hasn’t been shipped. Don’t order from this company. Amazing that they’ve stayed in business all these decades with terrible service like this. Per their email:“All orders, as per our shipping policy on our website, take approximately 4 – 5 business days to process and ship on items we have in stock. We are closed on weekends and holidays. During the holiday season however, we are processing orders as fast as we possibly can and may require extra time.”Extra time? A month?
