During the build of my house, the doors were not installed correctly and were visibly misaligned from the outset. Despite several attempts by your team to fix the issue, the problem has not been resolved and has in fact worsened, with the door handle now hanging off. Although multiple visits have been documented, I am now being told that I must pay a £165 call-out fee for further repair, which I do not believe is reasonable given that the issue stems from the original installation. In addition, there appear to be problems with the insulation in the property; the soundproofing is so poor that you can hear even the slightest noise through the house, which suggests that insulation may be missing or inadequately installed. These issues are causing significant frustration and should be addressed as defects related to the build rather than treated as chargeable maintenance.
