Our experience with Charles Church has been extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard expected from a premium housebuilder.Within a short period after moving in, it became apparent that the property had multiple construction defects. During inspection it was discovered that insulation was missing in parts of the walls, despite the approved specifications and drawings clearly requiring it to be installed. This alone raises serious concerns about build quality and quality control on site.We have also been dealing with major plumbing issues for nearly a year, including a persistent drainage odour that remains unresolved despite numerous visits, tests, and attempted repairs. The problem has still not been properly diagnosed or fixed.The aftercare process has been slow, poorly coordinated, and often ineffective. Snagging items have taken months to progress, some repairs had to be repeated due to poor workmanship, and communication has frequently required constant follow-up.For a developer that promotes itself as a premium brand, the reality has been deeply disappointing. What should have been the excitement of buying a new home has instead been a prolonged experience of defects, disruption, and ongoing investigation into issues that should never exist in a new property.Based on this experience, we would not recommend purchasing a property from Charles Church.ROSE MANORPLOT 19
