We received a Customer Care visit from Brian T today at our home at The Oaks at Wynyard. He was required to address some water ingress under our garage doors. Brian explained at each stage what he would be doing and why, and completed an efficient and very professional job and was very tidy throughout. Another good example of someone who really understands customer care and the importance of putting the customer at the centre of what he is doing.
