I don’t believe these reviews , I considered buying a Charles church house in Exning , I’m so glad I didn’t ! I’m a tradesman, a real tradesman- not the kind employed by this company . I have been doing some brickwork alterations and have been appalled by the state of the brickwork, an absolute disgrace to the trade . The client has also had many other issues with other trades . I don’t completely blame the tradesmen , it is also a site management issue allowing shoddy workmanship, probably under intense financial and time pressure . Sad state of affairs. I know they will still sell because most people don’t know what they are looking at beyond the glitzy sales brochures. Remember- any house is only as good as the tradesmen that built it . You won’t like this Charles church but if you’d like to argue I can show some pictures that will put you off your breakfast !
