Moving into our new Charles Church home at St Michael's Way Ryhope was not a great experience, much of the items flagged on the house as issues well before moving in were not fixed, despite the sales team and Interim site manager advising they would be. It felt very much as if once we had paid our deposit and exchanged contracts, any questions or concerns we may have had about the moving process or our soon to be new home were or far less importance.However, since Chris has come onboard as the Site manager we have finally started to see progress with many defects being addressed promptly and professionally, there is still a long list of snagging items to be sorted, but with Chris now in place we are confident all will be sorted. Chris is friendly, prossefional and diligent in role and a true asset to the business. Had it not been for Chris Alexander's sizeable impact (and some of the supporting tradesman now in place), our rating of Charles Church would of been far lower.
