However, I noticed that some snagging issues were not being addressed as promptly as I would have liked. Fortunately, there was no need for me to escalate my concerns, because Chris Alexander was brought in on-site, and I must say, he has been a game-changer!Chris is a tremendous asset to your company! His communication skills are second to none, and I never have to chase after him for updates—he proactively reaches out to me. He ensures that any issues I have are addressed very quickly.
